Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 7) Order, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land Citation.

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 7) Order, 2014.

The land described in article 4 is hereby specified for the Specified land.

purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in Appointed day.

article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 1st September 2014,

be deemed to have ceased to be exercised by Malta Industrial Parks

Limited (C 28965) and shall be transferred back to the Commissioner

of Land as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is

Description.

(i)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Paola shown bordered in red and marked with the number 2 on

plan P.D.2006_82_B, which plan is enrolled in the Records of

Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 12 th September

2014;

(ii)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Paola shown bordered in red and marked with the number 3 on

plan P.D.2006_82_B, which plan is enrolled in the Records of

Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 12 th September

2014;an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Birzebbugia, shown bordered in red on plan P.D.2014_522,

which plan is enrolled in the Records of Notary Anthony Hili by

virtue of a deed of the 13th August 2014;

(iii)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Luqa shown bordered in red on plan P.D.2009_620, which plan

is enrolled in the Records of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a

deed of the 12 th September 2014;

(iv)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Kirkop, Luqa shown bordered in red on plan P.D.2009_621,

which plan is enrolled in the Records of Notary Diana Charles

by virtue of a deed of the 12 th September 2014;

(v)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Luqa shown bordered in red on plan P.D.2009_622, which plan

is enrolled in the Records of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a

deed of the 12 th September 2014.
