Application of Part III of the Diplomatic Immunities and

Privileges Act (International Organisation for Migration

- IOM Malta) Order, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 5(2) of the

Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, the Minister responsible

for foreign affairs has made the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Application of Part III of the

Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act (International

Organisation for Migration - IOM Malta) Order, 2014.

servants of the International Organisation for Migration in Malta.

The officers and servants shall enjoy the immunities and

privileges set out in Part III of the Second Schedule to the Diplomatic

Immunities and Privileges Act during their term of office with the

International Organisation for Migration in Malta.
