LOCAL LOANS (REGISTERED STOCK AND SECURITIES)

ORDINANCE

(CAP. 161)

Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation (Local Loans (Registered

Stock and Securities) Ordinance) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by articles 4 and

43 of the Local Loans (Registered Stock and Securities) Ordinance,

the Minister for Finance has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Local Loans (Registered Stock and Securities)

Ordinance) Regulations, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation are the following
