Rules, 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 58 of
the Income Tax Management Act, the Minister for Finance has made
the following rules:-

The title of these rules is the Revocation of Subsidiary
Legislation (Income Tax Management Act) Rules, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-rule (2) is
hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be
done thereunder.
(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation is the following
