Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation (Financial Institutions Act)

Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 12 of

the Financial Institutions Act, the Minister for Finance, after

consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority, has made

the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Financial Institutions Act) Regulations, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation is the following

the Financial Institutions Act (Appointment of

Competent Authority) Order (S.L.376.01).
