Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Financial Administration and Audit Act) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 4 of the

Financial Administration and Audit Act, the Minister for Finance has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Financial Administration and Audit Act)

Regulations, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation is the following

the Public Service (Procurement) Regulations

(S.L.174.02).
