(CAP. 35)

Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Fees Ordinance) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, Minister for Transport and Infrastructure with the

concurrence of the Minister for Finance, has made the following

regulations: -

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Fees Ordinance) Regulations, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation are the following

the Exemption from payment of fees for tuition on

ships Order (S.L.35.02), and

the Fees for testing of material at Ta’ Kordin Quality

Control Laboratory Regulations (S.L.35.23).
