Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation
(Mental Health Act) Regulations, 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 47 of
the Mental Health Act, the Minister for Energy and Health has made
the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of
Subsidiary Legislation (Mental Health Act) Regulations, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation
(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted
to be done thereunder.
(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation are the following
-
the Hospital Admission Forms Regulations (S.L.262.01),
-
the Mental Health Review Tribunal Rules (S.L.262.03).
