Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Supplies and Services Act)

Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 3 of the

Supplies and Services Act, the Minister for the Economy,

Investment and Small Business has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Supplies and Services Act) Regulations,

2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation is the following

the Rationing of Animal Foodstuffs Regulations

(S.L.117.03).
