ANIMAL WELFARE ACT

(CAP. 439)

Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Animal Welfare Act) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by articles 6 - 8,

11, 12, 15, 20, 22, 29, 29, 42, 44 and 46 of the Animal Welfare Act,

the Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and

Climate Change, in conjunction with the Parliamentary Secretary for

Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights, has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Animal Welfare Act) Regulations, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation is the following

Animal Experimentation Regulations (S.L. 439.06).
