PREVENTION OF DISEASE ORDINANCE

(CAP. 36)

Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Prevention of Disease Ordinance) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by articles 84 and

87 of the Prevention of Disease Ordinance, the Minister for

Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change, in

conjunction with the Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture,

Fisheries and Animal Rights, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Prevention of Disease Ordinance) Regulations,

2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation are the following

the Transport of cattle, animals or eggs between

Malta and Gozo Regulations (S.L.36.08),

the Guinea Pigs transport between Malta and Gozo

Regulations (S.L.36.10), and

the Places of Landing of Foreign Animals

Regulations (S.L.36.11).
