ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT

(CAP. 504)

Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation (Environment and

Development Planning Act) Regulations, 2014

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 61, 66, and 93

of the Environment and Development Planning Act, the Minister for

Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Revocation of

Subsidiary Legislation (Environment and Development Planning Act)

Regulations, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-regulation

(2) is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted

to be done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation are the following
