Health Care Professions Act

(Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 51 of the Health

Care Professions Act, the Minister for Energy and Health has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Health Care

Professions Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2014,

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Fourth Schedule to the Health Care Professions Act, hereinafter

referred to as "the Fourth Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 1 st October, 2014.

In the item " - Medical Practitioners" found in Part II of the

Fourth Schedule there shall be added the following associations:-

"The Geriatric Medicine Society of Malta

The Maltese Association of Psychiatrists

Association of Emergency Physicians of Malta

Malta Association of Otorhinolaryngologists and

Head and Neck Surgeons and Allied Specialties".
