LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS) ACT

Enemalta Contracts (Removal of Restrictive Conditions)
(Amendment), Order 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 5(b) of the
Enemalta (Transfer of Assets, Rights, Liabilities and Obligations)
Act, the Minister for Energy and Health, has made the following
Order:-
(1)
The title of this Order is the Enemalta Contracts
(Removal of Restrictive Conditions) (Amendment) Order, 2014, and
this Order shall be read and construed as one with the Enemalta
Contracts (Removal of Restrictive Conditions) Order, hereinafter
referred to as "the principal Order".
(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the
27 August 2014.
In paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the principal Order, for
the words "deed number 9" there shall be substituted the words "deed
number 10".
