ANIMAL WELFARE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014

(ACT XXXV OF 2014)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Animal Welfare (Amendment) Act, 2014, the Minister for Sustainable

Development, the Environment and Climate Change has established

the 11th November, 2014 as the date when all the provisions of the

said Act shall come into force.
