Public Administration Act

(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order, 2014

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 8 of the

Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the

following order: -

This title of this order is the Public Administration Act

(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order, 2014, and this order shall

be read and construed as one with the Second Schedule of the Public

Administration Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Second Schedule".

Immediately after the entry entitled "Department of

Information" in the Second Schedule to the Public Administration

Act, there shall be added the following new entry

"Department of

Director General

To coordinate,

Justice

(Justice)

support and

supervise the

functions of all

areas in the Justice

sector.".
