(CAP. 464)

Health Care Professions Act

(Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 51 of the Health

Care Professions Act, the Minister for Energy and Health has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Health Care

Professions Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2014,

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Third Schedule to the Health Care Professions Act, hereinafter

referred to as "the Third Schedule".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 1 st October, 2014.

In the Third Schedule immediately after the words "–

Medical Laboratory Science" there shall be added the following:-

"–

Medical Physicists

–

Nutritional Therapists".
