Electricity Supply (Amendment No. 3) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 9 and 16 of the

Enemalta (Transfer of Assets, Rights, Liabilities and Obligations)

Act, and article 28(1) of the Malta Resources Authority Act, the

Minister for Energy and Health, after consultation with the Malta

Resources Authority, and Enemalta plc, with the approval of the

Malta Resources Authority, have made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Electricity Supply

(Amendment No. 3) Regulations, 2014, and these regulations shall be

read and construed as one with the Electricity Supply Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Regulation 88 of the principal regulations shall be

amended as follows

(a)

in sub-regulation (3) thereof, for the words "found

by Enemalta" there shall be substituted the words "found by the

distribution system operator"; and for the words "suffered by

Enemalta" there shall be substituted the words "suffered by the

distribution system operator"; and

(b)

in sub-regulation (4) thereof, for the words "found

by Enemalta" there shall be substituted the words "found by the

distribution system operator".
