(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Children and Young Persons (Care Orders) (Amendment) Act, 2014,

the Minister for for Justice, Culture and Local Government has

established the 15th October 2014, as the date on which the

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
