Companies Act (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 425 of the

Companies Act, the Minister for Finance has made the following

regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Companies Act

(Forms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and these regulations shall

be read and construed as one with the Companies Act (Forms)

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall enter into force on the 3rd October

2014.

The Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended

as follows

(a) Form A of the Schedule shall be substituted by the

new Form A found in the Schedule to these regulations; and

(b) the new Forms A(1), A(2) and A(3) found in the

Schedule to these regulations shall be added to the Schedule to

the principal regulations.
