Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 36A of the Import

Duties Act, the Minister for Finance has established the 3rd October

2014, as the date on which all the provisions of article 5 of the

Customs Code in the Fourth Schedule to the said Act shall come into

force.
