INVESTMENT SERVICES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014

(ACT NO. XXII OF 2014)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 17(a), 18(a),

19(a), 20(a) and 23(a) of the Investment Services (Amendment) Act,

2014, the Minister for Finance has established the 3rd October 2014,

as the date on which all the remaining provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
