Correction of Laws Order, 2014 (Act XXIV of 2014)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction
The Maltese version of the Various Laws (Criminal Corrections to
Matters) (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2014 - Act XXIV of 2014 - the
Laws (Criminal
hereinafter referred to as "the amending Act" shall be corrected as Matters)
(Amendment
follows
No. 2) Act.
Act XXIV of
2014. (a)
in paragraph (b) of the new sub-article (2E) which
is added to article 120A of the Medical and Kindred Professions
Ordinance (Cap. 31), by means of paragraph (a) of article 77 of
the amending Act, the words "meta tintemm l-inkjesta" shall be
corrected to read "meta tintemm il-kumpilazzjoni"; and the
words "mit-tmiem tal-inkjesta" shall be corrected to read "mit-
tmiem tal-kumpilazzjoni";
(b)
in paragraph (b) of the new sub-article (2A) which
is added to article 22 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap.
101), by means of paragraph (a) of article 88 of the amending
Act, the words "meta tintemm l-inkjesta" shall be corrected to
read "meta tintemm il-kumpilazzjoni"; and the words "mit-
tmiem tal-inkjesta" shall be corrected to read "mit-tmiem tal-
kumpilazzjoni"; and
(c)
in paragraph (ii) of the new proviso which is added
to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub-article (2A) of
article 3 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (Cap.
373), by means of article 98 of the amending Act, the words
"meta tintemm l-inkjesta" shall be corrected to read "meta
tintemm il-kumpilazzjoni"; and the words "mit-tmiem tal-
inkjesta" shall be corrected to read "mit-tmiem tal-
kumpilazzjoni".

Coming into
force.
has appointed the 14th August, 2014, as the date on which the
correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal
Notice shall come into force.
