ENEMALTA (TRANSFER OF ASSETS, RIGHTS, LIABILITIES

AND OBLIGATIONS) ACT, 2014

(ACT XXXIV OF 2014)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Enemalta (Transfer of Assets, Rights, Liabilities and

Obligations) Act, 2014 (Act XXXIV of 2014), the Minister for

Energy and Health has established the 27th of August 2014 as the

date when the remaining provisions, which are not yet in force, of the

said Act shall come into force.
