Assignment of Appeals to the Administrative Review Tribunal
Notice, 2014
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 40A of the
Malta Communications Authority Act, the Minister for Justice,
Culture and Local Government, after consultation with the Minister
for the Economy, Investment and Small Business, is hereby assigning
to the Administrative Review Tribunal the hearing and determination
of all the appeals which on the 1st June 2012 were pending for a
decision before the Telecommunications Appeals Board and before
the Communications Appeals Board.
