Small Claims Tribunal (Adjudicators’ Remuneration) Notice
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(4) of the
Small Claims Tribunal Act, the Prime Minister has determined the
remuneration payable to adjudicators of the Small Claims Tribunal as
from the 15th September, 2014 at the rate of forty euro (€40) per case
disposed of, whether decided upon, ceded or withdrawn.
Legal Notice 303 of 2001 shall be revoked as from the date
specified in the first paragraph of this Notice.
