ENEMALTA (TRANSFER OF ASSETS, RIGHTS, LIABILITIES

AND OBLIGATIONS) ACT, 2014

(ACT XXXIV OF 2014)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Enemalta (Transfer of Assets, Rights, Liabilities and

Obligations) Act, 2014 (Act XXXIV of 2014), the Minister for

Energy and Health has established the 25th of August 2014 as the

date when the provisions of article 4 of the said Act shall come into

force.
