Revenue Department Posts (Equivalence of Certain References)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4 of the

Commissioner for Revenue Act, the Minister for Finance has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Revenue

Department Posts (Equivalence of Certain References) (Amendment)

Regulations, 2014, and these regulations shall be read and construed

as one with the Revenue Department Posts (Equivalence of Certain

References) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on the 27th June, 2014.

The Schedule to the principal regulations shall be

substituted by the following new schedule
