Correction of Laws Order, 2014 (Act X of 2003)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In the Maltese version of sub-paragraph (g) of paragraph 3

of Part Five of the Fifth Schedule, as added by article 47 of the Value

Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2003 - Act X of 2003 - there shall be

made the following correction whereby for the words "u 9021.21.90

fil-Kapitolu 90" there shall be substituted the words "u 9021.21.90; u

9022 fil-Kapitolu 90".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 1st May, 2004, as the date on which the correction

made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice

shall come into force.
