Correction of Laws Order, 2014

(Legal Notice 29 of 2010)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 44 of the New Roads

and Road Works Regulations, 2010, - Legal Notice 29 of 2010 - there

shall be made the following correction whereby the words "under

regulations 35(1) and 38" shall be corrected to read under "regulation

2010. 36(1) or regulation 38".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 1st January, 2010 as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall come into force.
