Merchant Shipping (Port State Control)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 154 and 374 of

the Merchant Shipping Act, the Minister for Transport and

Infrastructure has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Merchant Shipping Citation.
