Financial Incentives for the Audiovisual Industry

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 33 of the Malta

Film Commission Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National

Security has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Financial Incentives for the Audiovisual Industry Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Financial Incentives for

the Audiovisual Industry (Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Financial

Incentives for the Audiovisual Industry Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 10 of the principal regulations. — Financial Incentives for the Audiovisual Industry Open official source

In regulation 10 of the principal regulations, for the words

"before 31 December 2013" there shall be substituted the words

"before 31 December 2014".
