Code of Organization and Civil Procedure

(Amendment of Schedule A) Order, 2014

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the

European Union Act, the Prime Minister has, for the purposes

specified in sub-article (2) of the said article, made the following

Order:-

The title of this Order is the Code of Organization and

Civil Procedure (Amendment of Schedule A) Order, 2014, and this

Order shall be read and construed as one with Schedule A to the Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure, hereinafter referred to as

"Schedule A".

Schedule A shall be amended as follows

(a)

in paragraph (7) of item 3 of Tariff A thereof, for

the words "In the case of appeals filed in terms of any other law

for which no fee is established in terms of that law, the fees

established in terms of this paragraph shall not be due but there

shall be levied a one time fee of", there shall be substituted the

words "In the case of appeals filed in terms of any other law for

which no fee is established in terms of that law, including

appeals filed in terms of articles 41 and 75 of Chapter 504, the

fees established in terms of this paragraph shall not be due but

there shall be levied a one time fee of"; and

(b)

in paragraph (b) of item 15 of Tariff E thereof,

immediately after the words "levy, or duty" there shall be added

the words "or for appeals filed in terms of articles 41 and 75 of

Chapter 504".
