Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 135(u) of the

Education Act, the Minister for Education and Employment has made

the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Validation of Non-

Formal and Informal Learning (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 11 of the principal regulations. — Validation of Non-Formal and Informal Learning Open official source

In the proviso to sub-regulation (1) of regulation 11 of the

principal regulations, for the words "at any level higher than Level 4

of the Malta Qualifications Framework" there shall be substituted the

words "at any level higher than Level 5 of the Malta Qualifications

Framework".
