FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 35)

Fees (Passport and Visas) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security, with

the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, the Economy and

Investment, has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Fees (Passport

and Visas) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Fees (Passport and Visas)

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15th May,

2014.

Item 13 in the Schedule to the principal regulations shall

be substituted by the following
