Commencement Notice

IT is notified for general information that the Convention

between the Government of Malta and the Government of the Russian

Federation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention

of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income published as a

Schedule to Legal Notice 159 of 2013 shall enter into force on 22

May 2014.
