(CAP. 12)
Deposits in Court (Amendment) Regulations, 2014
BY VIRTUE of the powers granted by articles 943 and 951(1)
of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Parliamentary
Secretary for Justice has made the following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Deposits in Court Citation.
(Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and these regulations shall be read
and construed as one with the Deposits in Court Regulations, S.L. 12.06
hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".
