ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT

(CAP. 504)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of

article 1 of the Environment and Development Planning Act, the

Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate

Change, has established the 31st March, 2014 as the date when the

provisions of articles 52 and 53 of the Environment and Development

Planning Act shall come into force.
