Development Planning (Procedure for Applications and their

Determination) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013,

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 61 and 62 of

the Environment and Development Planning Act, the Minister for

Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change and

the Parliamentary Secretary for Planning and Simplification of

Administrative Processes, after consultation with the Malta

Environment and Planning Authority have made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Development Planning

(Procedure for Applications and their Determination) (Amendment)

Regulations, 2013, (Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Development

2013. Planning (Procedure for Applications and their Determination)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2013, hereinafter referred to as "the

amending regulations".

Regulation 15 of the Development Planning (Procedure for

Applications and their Determination) Regulations, 2010, as added by

regulation 4 of the amending regulations, shall be substituted by the

following
