Water Supply (Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 28(1) of the Malta

Resources Authority Act, the Minister for Energy and the

Conservation of Water, after consultation with the Malta Resources

Authority, has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Water Supply

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Water Supply Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have entered into

force on the 31st March 2014.

In paragraph (b) of item 1 of the First Schedule to the

principal regulations for the words "€1.47 per 1m 3 " and "€5.41 per

1m 3 " there shall be substituted the words "€1.3965 per 1m 3 " and

"€5.1395 per 1m 3 " respectively.

In paragraph (b) of the Third Schedule to the principal

regulations for the words "€2,30 per 1m 3 " and "€5.41 per 1 m 3 " there

shall be substituted the words "€2.1850 per 1m 3 " and "€5.1395 per

1m 3 " respectively.
