HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT

Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the

Housing Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the

following order:-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) Order, 2013.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority

Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the

aforesaid article with effect from the 31st of January, 2013.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

(1) House numbered 9, Trejqet il-Ġiżimin, Santa

Luċija (Tenement No. 64328 - HA 491/99).

(2) House numbered 9, Triq il-Kamelja, Santa Luċija

(Tenement No. 64318 – HA 148/99).

(3) A plot of land consisting of Plots 59 to 65 at

Bubaqra in Żurrieq, having an area of approximately 1, 670

square metres and is bounded on the North-West by Triq l-Iskultur

Fabri, on the North-East by property of the Housing Authority

or its successors in title and on the South by Triq l-Arċipriet E.

Mifsud. Plots numbered 59 to 65 are registered as Tenements

bearing numbers X05951 to X05957. The plot falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 18 dated 20th January, 2006 in

the acts of Notary V. Miceli and by President’s Declaration No.

497 dated 3rd May, 2012 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D.
