Conservation of Wild Birds (Culling of Birds)
(Amendment) Notice, 2013
IN accordance with the provisions of article 61 of the
Environment and Development Planning Act and of regulations
9(1)(b) and 24 of the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations, 2006,
(Legal Notice 79 of 2006) , the Minister for Tourism, Culture and the
Environment hereby directs that for the words "to the 8th day of
March 2013 (inclusive)" in the Conservation of Wild Birds (Culling
of Birds) Notice, 2010 (Legal Notice 557 of 2010), there shall be
substituted the words "to the 30th day of June 2013 (inclusive)".
