COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 3) Order, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 3) Order, 2013.

The land described in article 4 is hereby specified for the

purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 1st January 2013, be

deemed to have ceased to be exercised by Malta Industrial Parks

Limited (C 28965) and shall be transferred back to the Commissioner

of Land as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is the

following, that is to say an area of land, including any building

thereon, at Xewkija, Gozo shown bordered in red on plan

PD12_97_2, which plan is enrolled in the Records of Notary Tania

Spiteri by virtue of a deed of the 12th November, 2012.
