Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act (Schedule)

(Substitution) Regulations, 2012

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 146(2) of the

Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act, and by regulation 1(2)

of the Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act (Schedule)

(Substitution) Regulations, 2012, the Minister for Fair Competition,

Small Business and Consumers has established 1st January, 2013 as

the date when paragraph 40 of the Schedule, as substituted by the said

Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act (Schedule)

(Substitution) Regulations, 2012, shall be deemed to have come into

force.
