INCOME TAX ACT

(CAP. 123)

Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2013

BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of

the Income Tax Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment has named the organisations mentioned below as being

engaged in philanthropic work, and thus exempt from income tax -

Don Bosco House

Foundation for Shelter and Support to Migrants (FSM)

Malta Guide Dogs Foundation

Vodafone Malta Foundation
