Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 3

of the Banking Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services

Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 1st

April 2013 and the 26 December 2013 as bank holidays.
