Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule)

(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 22(2) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Parliamentary Secretary for Justice

has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule) Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Administrative Justice

Act (Second Schedule) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2013, and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Second

Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as

"the Second Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amendment of the Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act. — Administrative Justice Act (Second Schedule) Open official source

Immediately after the words -

"Airport (Groundhandling S.L. 499.25 Inferior Competence"

Services) Regulations

in the Second Schedule of the Administrative Justice Act, there shall

be added the following

"Conservation of Wild

S.L. 504.71 Inferior Competence"
