Conservation of Wild Birds (Amendment No. 2)

Regulations, 2013

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 61(1) and (2)

and article 62(1) and (2) of the Environment and Development

Planning Act, the Minister for Sustainable Development, the

Environment and Climate Change has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conservation of Wild Citation.

Birds (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2013, and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Conservation of Wild S.L. 504.71
