INCOME TAX ACT

(CAP. 123)

Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice (No. 2), 2013

BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of

the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance has named the

organisation mentioned below as being engaged in philanthropic

work, and thus exempt from income tax -

Emergency Fire and Rescue Unit (EFRU)
