Provision of Medicinal Products through the GenitoUrinary
Clinic within the Government Health Services
(Amendment) Rules, 2013
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 79(2) of the
Medicines Act, the Licensing Authority has made the following
rules:-
The title of these rules is the Provision of Medicinal
Products through the GenitoUrinary Clinic within the Government
Health Services (Amendment) Rules, 2013, and these rules shall be
read and construed as one with the Provision of Medicinal Products
through the GenitoUrinary Clinic within the Government Health
Services Rules, herinafter referred to as "the principal rules".
The Schedule to the principal rules shall be amended as
follows
(a)
in paragraph 4 thereof, for the words "Ceftriaxone
250mg im injections" there shall be substituted the words
"Ceftriaxone 500mg im injections"; and
(b) immediately after paragraph 12 thereof, there shall
be added the following new paragraph
"13. Azithromicin 250mg and 500mg".
